D. - After the order I have not received any confirmation email

R. - Look also in Spam. In any case, log into your Account and you can check the content of your order. If you then used the card payment, you will have received the email from Paypal which also contains the order details. If you haven't received anything, you may have entered an incorrect email or Microsoft Group (hotmail, mail, live etc).

R. - Registrations or Orders prior to January 1, 2021, will no longer be visible in the new store. Following the platform change, only Products and Images were migrated. To place an order, you will need to create a new account, including any emails you have previously used.

​​D. - If I order more items, does shipping cost more?

R - NO for parcels sent to Italy. In a single order you can place several products always paying a fixed cost. For other countries, on the other hand, the cost is calculated based on the weight, directly in the cart.

R. - Sorry but we have no reserved price lists. The prices and discounts are those displayed in the shop. All prices include all taxes.

R- - Absolutely NOT. These are watermarks present only on web images.
